Subscription Manager generates Receipts & Confirmation letters, checklists for each issue along with labels for current subscribers. Zone wise Subscribers Reports and Pin code wise Label printing for Post Office compliance well integrated. Complimentary subscribers list can be maintained separately.

Generates Renewal Letters / Email for subscription ending within 3 months / 2 months / current month and expired subscriptions. Renewals are carried forward as new subscriptions without duplication in data. Renewal Reports can be periodically generated for Renewal Estimates and Management.

Scheme based discounts & gifts can be managed along with subscription automatically. Manages Label Printing for Gifts & POD confirmation for Gifts. Returned Gifts due to non delivery and Complaints for non delivery of Gifts and Returns integrated.

Customer Support module allows quick search facility allowing search by Subscription No, Cheque No, Customer Name, Company name etc. Promotes easy access and cuts down time allowing quick response during customer interaction.

Complaints module allows to logged for various issues such as non delivery, delivered in damaged condition etc. Reporting includes Complaint Register Management and Unresolved complaints reports.

MIS Reporting includes: Periodic Collection Reports, Subscription Reports, Audit Reports - Monthly / yearly, Publication wise copies delivered reports, Bank Statements - Receipts from various sources etc. Other reporting includes Subscription based, Customer based, Complaints, Gifts and general reports. Subscription Analysis for print planning also integrated.

The software is developed using Multiuser platform under Windows environment allowing multiple users to access the data simultaneously. User rights can be managed allowing restricted entry for modules only to approved individuals.

The software is flexible to be upgraded to a multi-branch system allowing MIS reporting at head Office and location wise management at branches
